I am always happy to contribute my story to any cause I believe will be helpful to men specifically and people or culture generally. Here are two recent projects.
We Are Men

We Are Menwas a community of real men talking about their real struggles. These men opened up and discussed their mental health so other blokes could too, without the fear of shame or exclusion. Through their video stories, podcast, app and highlighting of local services, they hoped to encourage all men to chat about what they’re going through and seek help.
Sadly, the project seems to have shut down after a few years. A shame, really. Nevertheless, I was interviewed for this project and here is my video:
Kintsugi Heroes

Kintsugi Heroes is a project dedicated to sharing real-life stories about overcoming adversity, including mental and physical health challenges, personal trauma, and tragic events. The team captures these stories of everyday adversity in the hope of connecting with other people who may be experiencing similar life challenges or know someone who is. These relaxed conversations between a host and guest are recorded and published through video and audio podcasts, radio broadcasts and books.
I was interviewed for this project and opened up a little more than I would normally be comfortable. Here is my video from this project:
